We can arrange viewing trips to fit in with your requirements - we don't arrange them to suit ours. Normally two days for viewing and a day for the legal work is all that is required, but it isn't a race! You may have been told that if you don't buy in the morning it will be sold to someone else in the afternoon - things aren't quite that bad yet! If you would like to return to view a property you have seen, no problem, we genuinely want you to be absolutely sure and make an unrushed and correct decision. Return to it 3 days running, we'll happily take you!

We can arrange your airport transfers and accommodation if this helps. We get exceptional rates for both and our accommodation choice is as important to us as it will be to you. Some real estate agents offer to pay your transfers and hotel bill if you buy. We can also do this - but please, you are intending to spend a lot of money - this isn't a reason to choose one agent over another! Some clients are uncomfortable with the very idea, and we understand this. We want you to choose Taurean because you thought we offered you the service you were looking for, not because you felt obliged.
